## 三、聲明內容

本公司聲明，生產及銷售之產品並未使用來自剛果民主共和國（Democratic Republic of the Congo, DRC）及其鄰近國家受武裝團體控制之礦區所開採之衝突礦物。



The Company declares that its products do not contain conflict minerals mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or its neighboring countries under the control of armed groups.



本公司就此作出下列承諾：

1. **不採購衝突礦產** — 不採購來自衝突地區或無法確認來源之礦產。

*Not to purchase conflict minerals from the Conflict Regions or minerals of untraceable origin.*

2. **要求供應商承諾** — 要求原料供應商簽署無衝突礦產承諾書，並於新供應商導入時列為必要條件。

*To require raw-material suppliers to sign a conflict-free commitment, and to make this a mandatory condition for new supplier onboarding.*

3. **要求供應商向下傳達** — 要求供應商將無衝突礦產要求傳達至其上下游供應商。

*To require suppliers to communicate the conflict-free requirement to their upstream and downstream suppliers.*

4. **持續盡職調查** — 持續進行盡職調查，避免採購來自受武裝衝突影響及高風險區域（CAHRA），或涉及童工、強迫勞動及其他人權侵害之來源。

*To conduct continuous due diligence to avoid sourcing from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRA), or from sources involving child labor, forced labor or other human rights abuses.*

5. **建置溯源機制** — 建立原物料溯源管理機制，並得要求供應商提供 CMRT／EMRT 或相當之冶煉廠／精煉廠名單，以確認礦產最終來源。

*To establish a raw-material traceability mechanism and, where appropriate, require suppliers to provide CMRT/EMRT or equivalent smelter/refiner lists to verify ultimate mineral origin.*

## 四、高風險來源國家

下列國家直接出口或作為剛果礦產出口途徑，其出口之金屬不符合「無衝突規範」：剛果民主共和國（DRC）、盧安達（Rwanda）、烏干達（Uganda）、蒲隆地（Burundi）、坦尚尼亞（Tanzania）、肯亞（Kenya）。



Trade routes not confirmed to be conflict-free include direct exports from the DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania and Kenya.



> 上列清單為 3TG 及鈷（Co）之適用範圍。本公司本次聲明以銅、鋁為限，兩者皆屬廣義擴展礦產，本公司就其來源依 OECD 指引及 RMAP／CFSI 之責任礦產採購架構另行進行辨識，並依最新國際規範持續評估其高風險來源國。
